Award-winning soprano saxophonist Jane Ira Bloom returns to Cornelia Street Cafe with her trio to perform songs from their critically acclaimed release "Early Americans" and beyond. "Early Americans" (Sono Luminus) was recently nominated for a 2018 Grammy for best surround sound album. Longtime band-mates Mark Helias (bass) and Bobby Previte (drums) join Bloom for an evening of high wire improvisation over the groove. Don't miss these fearless American originals.
